The company is committed to leading the mobility transformation.Our Forvia Clean Mobility Business Group is seeking a Site Human Resources Manager to join our team in Terni, Italy.Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesEssential responsibilities and dutiesThe Site HR Manager is responsible for implementing Group HR policies and tools, supporting management on HR issues, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.Develop, engage, motivate, and retain human capital to support current and future business needs.Implement strategies for staffing, recruiting, onboarding, training, and career development at the site level.Ensure efficient payroll and administrative processes.Manage social climate and labor relations, including industrial relations with local employee representatives.Apply Group HR policies and processes at the site, including Employee Empowerment initiatives within the Faurecia Excellence System.Report relevant HR metrics and information to the division.Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Health, Safety & Environment policies.Adhere to high ethical standards, including Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management.Your profile and competencies to succeedWhat if it were you?Minimum education : Master's degree in HR Management or related field.Proven experience in team management, leadership, and coaching.At least 5 years of HR experience within an industrial environment.Skills and competencies include :Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong written and oral communication skills.Knowledge of employment law.Experience with HR metrics and data systems.International mindset with proficiency in English.Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.What we can do for youAt FORVIA, you will find an engaging environment contributing to sustainable mobility technologies.
