About the role
The purpose of the role is to support Project Managers of the assigned Division by adopting PMO processes, monitoring KPIs, project costs, timelines, and delivery targets.
Key responsibilities include:

Monitoring and supporting Project Managers in adopting Coesia tools, methodologies, and KPI calculations;
Supporting Company Heads of PM by collecting periodic and relevant information from Company PPM during project execution, KPI figures, and project data to report key tasks to stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities to support project profit include:

Assisting Project Managers in collecting cost reports from available tools, harmonizing reporting within the company and division;
Supporting tracking and scheduling of billing and invoice payments to maintain project cash flow;
Assisting with relevant change notices to preserve profit margins.

To support project timelines, responsibilities include:

Monitoring the execution of project milestones and gate reviews according to baseline, supporting Project Managers and the Head of PM to identify and prevent deviations from the project timeline.

What you need to be successful

Master’s degree in Engineering;
At least 5 years of experience in project management within structured companies working on complex projects. Evidence of PMO experience will be considered a plus;
Professional knowledge of the English language;
PMP certification is considered a plus;
Customer focus and excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders across different regions, with availability to travel up to 30%.
