From digital processes to operational execution, we ensure all systems work efficiently and align with strategic goals. We value innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Education & Experience : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, or related fields. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive project management experience , with at least 3-5 years in senior leadership roles Proven consultancy background with experience managing client relationships and complex engagements Track record of successfully delivering projects with budgets exceeding €1M+ Strong tech acumen, with the ability to leverage technology for business solutions. Previous experience in tech-driven environments will be a significant plus.Core Competencies : Expert-level proficiency in Excel, advanced data analysis, and business intelligence tools Strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to influence organizational direction and long-term planning Proven experience building and scaling teams, processes, and operational frameworks Deep tech expertise with experience leading digital transformation initiatives across enterprise environments Executive-level communication skills with ability to present to C-suite and board members Experience managing cross-functional teams and matrix organizationsTasks & Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Define and execute enterprise-wide project portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market opportunities Lead organizational change management initiatives and drive digital transformation across business units Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks across the organization Operational Excellence : Oversee multiple concurrent projects with combined budgets of €5M+, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints Build, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams of 10+ members, including junior and mid-level project managers Serve as primary executive consultant to C-level stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and risk assessment for critical business initiatives Process Innovation : Design and implement scalable project management frameworks that support organizational growth and operational efficiency Champion advanced lean and agile methodologies, driving continuous improvement initiatives that measurably impact business performance Establish KPI frameworks and executive reporting systems that provide actionable insights for strategic decision-makingDesired Skills and Competencies Leadership & Management : Advanced leadership capabilities with experience managing P&L responsibility and cross-functional teams Proven ability to influence without authority and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups Experience developing talent pipelines and succession planning for project management roles Technical Expertise : Expert knowledge of multiple project management methodologies.
