We are committed to diversity across race, gender, age, religion, identity, and experience.About the role :Under the direction of the Global Project Management Execution Leader, the incumbent manages a portfolio of projects from identification to closure, ensuring benefits are realized and goals achieved safely, economically, and on time. Candidates interested in contributing to our sustainability transformation are especially encouraged.Responsibilities :Plans, directs, and leads the project team using Trinseo Thrive Project Management Work Processes to meet project goals. (30%)Controls project costs and schedules within management limits. (20%)Coordinates with the Business/ Site Management Team to develop Opportunity Definition and Business Case supporting the project’s strategic goals. (10%)Leads development of FEL 2 to define process technology and costs, and submits Early Authorization Package for approval. (10%)Prepares FEL 3 to organize project execution, manages risk, and submits Final Authorization Package. (10%)Oversees design and construction to ensure compliance with plans, schedule, and budget. (10%)Manages commissioning, startup, and project closure activities to realize benefits and record learnings. (10%)Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent; broad knowledge of chemical, civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control engineering.Minimum 10 years experience in plant operations or project implementation.Knowledge of process safety, environmental regulations, and company guidelines.Project Management Professional certification preferred.Strong management, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to analyze complex problems and make informed decisions.We embrace diversity and are committed to an inclusive hiring process, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds.J-18808-Ljbffr
