Join to apply for the role and help lead digitalization and transformation initiatives within the Operations Transformation team.Why This Role is Right for YouAs a Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading digitalization and transformation initiatives within the Operations Transformation team. Your focus will be on designing and executing the optimal contact channel strategy, improving operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and enhancing customer experience through modernization efforts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful change and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.ResponsibilitiesOperations Transformation & Digitalization: Lead digitalization and process optimization projects within Operations to enhance efficiency and customer excellence.Drive modernization initiatives, ensuring alignment with Nexi’s strategic goals.Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and enhance accuracy.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Operations, IT, Compliance, and other stakeholders to implement seamless process improvements.Facilitate change management, supporting teams in adopting new tools and workflows.Performance Management & Compliance: Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to measure the impact of transformation initiatives; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices; provide regular updates to senior management on progress, risks, and success metrics.QualificationsProven experience in operations transformation and process digitalization, ideally within the payment industry.Strong background in project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma preferred).Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset for decision-making.Ability to manage complex projects and deliver measurable business value.Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).About NexiWe’re an international team of 10,000+ people across 25 countries, united by shared ambition and a passion for innovation.
