Every product reflects Italy’s rich design heritage and celebrates the mastery found across its diverse manufacturing districts.RoleProject Manager – Interior Design (Trade & Design Project Management Team)Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management of B2B Interior Design Projects: Lead and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of interior design projects—from client briefing to final delivery—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Client Account Support: Act as the main point of contact for key trade accounts (e.g., Interior Designers, Architects, Retail Luxury Brands), understanding their needs and managing communications throughout the project lifecycle.Concept Development & Presentation: Develop design concepts and moodboards; create customized presentations tailored to specific client goals and brand aesthetics.Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with the supplier network to source materials and products, ensuring feasibility, availability, and alignment with project specifications.Budget & Margin Analysis: Evaluate project costs, margins, and commercial viability; provide value-driven solutions that meet both creative and financial goals.Regulatory & Technical Oversight: Assess project requirements including certifications, technical specifications, and compliance needs.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Customer Care, Logistics, Marketplace, Order Management, and Administration) to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.Process & Workflow Optimization: Monitor project milestones, flag potential risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.New Opportunity Assessment: Evaluate incoming project opportunities and prepare strategic responses in collaboration with the sales and design teams.Who we are looking forDegree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferably with a focus in Design or Project Management).At least 3–4 years of experience in project management within interior design, architecture, or related industries.Proven experience managing complex design projects, ideally in residential, retail, or hospitality sectors.Strong understanding of the interior design industry and luxury market.Proficiency in design and project management tools (AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and MS Office—especially Excel).Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Fluent in English; Italian native.Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and attention to detail.Passion for craftsmanship, design, and the luxury e-commerce sector.Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership.Our PerksCollaborative culture: Join a passionate, creative, and close-knit team that thrives on mutual respect and shared vision.Growth-oriented: Work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with opportunities to take initiative and drive change.Innovative setting: Be part of a tech-driven company redefining the way people experience and purchase luxury design.SenioritiesMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProject ManagementIndustries: Furniture, Arts & Crafts, and DesignNote: This description retains the core responsibilities and qualifications from the original posting while removing duplications and extraneous boilerplate.
