While the projects may vary in scope and complexity, the responsibility and ownership are real from day one.Design and analytical thinking are essential for this role, together with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly.From the outset, you’ll work alongside senior Project Managers;Responsibilities include:Identifying customer needs and constructing a project proposal, interfacing with key stakeholders and validating feasibility also from a technical standpointDrafting project documentation and requirements, involving analysts and managers of the relevant areasPlanning scheduled activities including effort estimation, resource allocation, and timelines, in coordination with the program manager and involved departmentsMonitoring project progress and ensuring proper execution through direct management using project management toolsEvaluating project performance with respect to budget and objectivesIdentifying new opportunities based on client needs within ongoing projects or potential future onesQualifications:1–2 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology-related fieldsUniversity degree in a scientific or technical discipline – a degree in Management Engineering or similar is highly appreciatedFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)Good knowledge of English, both written and spokenExperience in CRM integration projectsBackground in web project management
