SAP Signavio provides the leading Business Process Transformation Suite in the industry.Our customers are leading transformation and change in their organizations by leveraging SAP Signavio’s Process Manager, Journey Modeler, Process Governance, and Process Intelligence products.We are seeking a Product Marketing Program Manager responsible for planning and executing product marketing programs, launches, and initiatives to ensure the timely delivery of releases, updates, and campaigns. This includes developing comprehensive communication plans and rollouts to promote adoption.Key responsibilities include:Monitoring and tracking progress of programs.Coordinating tasks, managing risks, and handling interdependencies between teams.Aligning deliverables and resources with release timelines.Managing, planning, and executing stakeholder communications.Collaborating closely with engineering release management, product marketing, product management, and go-to-market teams to launch initiatives.Qualifications for success:3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Programmes Specialist or similar role in a product company (preferably with global B2B SaaS experience).University degree, preferably in Sciences, Business, or Marketing.Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner across departments.Proven project management skills and knowledge.Understanding of the software release lifecycle and integrated marketing programs is a plus.Strong business and marketing acumen, including problem-solving and critical thinking.Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills; ability to work cross-functionally.Proficiency in English; German skills are a plus.Knowledge of Business Process Management and Process Mining is advantageous.At SAP, we foster an inclusive culture, prioritize health and well-being, and offer flexible working models to ensure everyone feels included and can perform at their best.
