Key responsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will include:Manage the entire product lifecycle, identifying corrective actions to improve market penetration.Lead new product launches from the pre-marketing phase through to commercialization.Support the sales team in identifying the most strategically appropriate products to offer and provide documentation for public tenders and procurement processes.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the success and development of the product portfolio, monitor competitors’ activities, and contribute to defining local strategic actions to maintain product competitiveness.Track market trends and competitor activities.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to medical teams, including in operating room settings.Attend relevant industry congresses and conferences.Interact with headquarters and international teams.The position involves approximately 60% travel requirement.Suggested candidate profileSkills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you possess:Degree in Marketing, or a related fieldExperience as a Product Manager in the medical device industry, ideally with exposure to cardiology, neurology, or anesthesiology.Familiarity with public tender processes in the healthcare sector would be a strong advantage.Great communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.Comfortable giving product presentations and demonstrations, even in clinical or surgical settings.Participation in industry congresses or events is a plus.A collaborative mindset and ease in working with both HQ and international teams.Ability to take initiative and work independently, while also contributing effectively in team settings.A good understanding of healthcare tender regulations is appreciated.Fluent written and spoken English would help in our international work environment.For logistical reasons, we are looking for someone who is based in Lombardia or willing to relocate.Ambu – a visionary and international workplace where your efforts matterAmbu is a company that expands rapidly and has ambitious growth targets.
