Here are the detailsWhat You'll DoSet the vision: Own and shape the strategy alongside engineering and pricing business teams for Prima’s next-generation pricing platforms—driving growth and innovation across Italy, the UK, and Spain.Lead high-impact initiatives: Enable the execution of complex projects that push boundaries and redefine industry standards.Work across teams: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to build scalable, market-leading pricing solutions.Connect the dots: Serve as the go-to partner for pricing and sales leads across all our markets, ensuring tight alignment on priorities and goals.Build for scale: Partner with Engineering and Pricing teams to enable the evolution of the infrastructure powering our pricing platforms, unlocking the full potential of machine learning at scaleInspire your team: Mentor and guide a talented team of product managers, creating a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.Enable ML at its best: Enable the evolution of the pricing platform capabilities that empower our data scientists to develop, deploy, and scale machine learning models with speed, reliability, and maximum impact.What We're Looking ForExperienced and impactful: You have 6+ years of experience delivering data-centric software products, where data, algorithms, and technology drive competitive advantage —and at least 1 year leading teams to success.An analytical mind: You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, breaking down complex problems, and using data to make smart, confident decisions.Fluent in agile: You know how to drive product development in cross-functional teams, with a solid grasp of agile practices and product management fundamentalsTechnically confident: You’ve worked with data-centric and/or ML platforms and understand the key architectural components and how they come together to deliver value.Adaptability and open minded approach: You thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace change, and continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow.A great communicator: You can clearly and confidently articulate complex ideas—technical, strategic, or both—to any audience, from engineers to executives.Nice-to-HaveGlobal mindset: You’ve worked in international environments and know how to navigate different cultures and markets.Italian skills: Business proficiency in Italian is a nice plus, especially for collaborating with local teamsTechnical depth: Hands-on experience with programming, machine learning, and SQL.Why You’ll Love It HereWe want to make Prima a happy and empowering place to work.
