OverviewProcess Control Specialist (PCS) / Logistics Analyst, European Central Flow Team (ECFT). You will be the primary escalation point for warehouses and the critical link between orders and Amazon Associates, ensuring seamless fulfilment operations across Fulfilment Centres (FCs) around the world.You’ll drive Europe-wide workflow planning, risk mitigation, and cost and capacity management. Collaborating with FC partners, you’ll identify and rectify workflow variances and manage the journey of millions of customer orders from checkout to shipment. The onboarding process equips you with essential knowledge, and the matrix structure supports delivery, innovation, and growth.
