You will work hard, have fun, and of course, make history!Key job responsibilitiesLead the development and execution of a comprehensive modernization strategy for the concessions framework, focusing on customer experience enhancementDrive product vision, roadmap, and strategy for technical solutions that streamline concessions processesPartner with engineering teams to architect scalable solutions that integrate with existing systemsAnalyze customer data and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvementDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of concessions initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment on concessions policies and implementationChampion customer-centric solutions while balancing business objectives and technical constraintsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degreeExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience technical product managementPreferred QualificationsExperience working directly with Engineers on product enhancementsExperience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvementOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
