The role involves being a pre-sales expert and the first point of contact for the EMEA region.If you are passionate about sales and software solutions; if coding challenges excite you as much as engaging with CFOs; if you are eager to win new customers and innovate continuously; if thinking "out of the box" and achieving goals sustainably motivates you—then join us in expanding our Global Presales team!ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Global Presales Team to define and promote initiatives across regions, supporting local requests.Support EMEA presales specialists in sales cycles as the Subject Matter Expert for Legal and Management Consolidation & Reporting, providing coaching, mentoring, and involvement in prospect opportunities.Present and explain advanced product features, future directions, and solutions focusing on Actual Close & Consolidation, including multi-GAAP compliance, regulatory reporting, technical accounting, and complex global consolidation requirements.Provide technical/functional presales support to prospects, ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.Accelerate sales cycles by delivering flawless product demonstrations to mid and C-level executives.Scope technical solutions to meet customer needs, assess requirements, and recommend value-adding solutions.Collaborate with sales to ensure opportunities are well-managed and prepared, and complete RFPs as needed.Monitor support throughout the sales process, alerting teams to potential risks.Coach and develop team members to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.Coordinate transition from presales to implementation post-contract.Foster collaboration within regional presales teams and with Customer Success to enhance satisfaction and retention.Complete training and development objectives timely.Act as a liaison to improve product capabilities and user experience based on customer feedback.Partner with training teams to enable partners and improve demo assets.Collaborate with Product Management on roadmaps and with Marketing on lead generation and thought leadership events.Knowledge and ExperienceDeep understanding of accounting, especially related to Closing & Consolidation (Management & Legal) and multi-GAAP regulatory reporting.7+ years’ experience in pre-sales for SaaS Close & Consolidation vendors or equivalent roles such as Controller.CPA certification is a plus but not mandatory.Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.Experience with business analysis and financial modeling.Attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong listening skills.Strategic and analytical thinking abilities.Flexibility to adapt quickly and willingness to travel as needed.Fluent in English (native or equivalent).
