We are looking for a Pre-Sales Manager for Secondary MV Switchgears, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Electrification and Automation area.You love to create an impact? From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity.Your ChallengeAs Pre-Sales Manager for Secondary MV Switchgears, you will be part of the Pre-Sales Team for the whole prescription and bid phase, focusing on technical and economical stages, ensuring that products and systems offer is prepared on time and according to the Customer and Company’s requirements, ensuring also the technical integrity of the offer including the compliance with the technical scope and project specifications.Moreover, you will work closely with the Sales Department and the Management to ensure the order awarding and with the project execution team to ensure a proper handover.Some Of The Main Activities Will BeCreate project designs and develop the best configuration (technical and economical) according to customer and design offices requirement based on the available portfolio.Handle the whole bid phases autonomously, according to the Customer and Company’s requirements, ensuring high quality of the offers for Secondary Medium Voltage Switchgears and reporting periodically the status and strategy to Management.Standardization of proven concept and solutions to replicate them as function packages.Develop customers knowledge and relationships, supporting the dedicated Sales Cluster(s) and with specific meetings at customer’s premises when required.Coordinate all concerned Stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, Third Parties) to ensure a consistent offer regarding: Technical, Contractual, Pricing, Risks and Safety issues.Collaborate with Head-Quarter, Factories, Regional Countries and with the Products Managers.Your ProfileExperience in offering of MV Switchgears and/or product marketing and/or product managementKnowledge of MV distribution and renewables market, electrical systems, in particular on MV distribution network, and understanding of electrical schemes and tender specifications.Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical / Energy Engineering, or Technical High School DiplomaPassion to never-stop growingRespect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledgeProficiency in English and ItalianEligibility to work in ItalyWhat We OfferFlexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphone; wi-fi connection reimbursement.Welfare: flexible welfare programs and health insurance extendable to your family; professional and extraprofessional accident insurance; free on-site lunch options.Never stop growing: plenty opportunities for continuous and individual learning journeysAn inclusive team culture where you can be yourselfSiemens is an equal opportunity employer, offering a safe and inclusive work environment, based on mutual respect and the appreciation of uniqueness, guaranteeing equal employment opportunities to all qualified candidates to unleash their full potential.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesHuman Resources Services
