Job Description:Reporting to the Senior Production Coordinator, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:Maintain operational the system for cheese dairy quality assurance and related certifications;Manage tools (calibration and maintenance) and services (waste disposal, etc.);Perform pre-operational, operational, and post-operational controls as per procedures for the product and process;Retrieve the sample for analysis;Enter orders into SAP.Required Qualifications:Degree in Food Science and Technology, Agriculture, or related fields;At least 3 years of professional experience in similar roles within food processing plants;Knowledge of production processes, quality management systems, process analysis, procedures, and quality control techniques, as well as current regulations;Knowledge of English (at least B1); knowledge of French is a plus;Determination, proactivity, and autonomy in managing activities;Analytical mindset, problem-solving orientation, and goal-oriented work approach;Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and teamworking attitude.Key Information about the Position:Work location: Tizzano Val Parma (PR).The search is open to applications from both genders (L. 903/77).
