Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Planning & Control Senior Specialist to support the Tax and Accounting departments in the design, calculation, and monitoring of intercompany transactions within a multinational renewable energy group. This role is critical in supporting the accurate financial planning of cross-border activities and shared services related to the development, construction, and operation of renewable energy projects.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of transfer pricing policies.
Define, calculate and track intercompany transactions among Nadara entities, in line with the cost allocation model.
Ensure the correct accounting treatment of intercompany transactions under IFRS, in coordination with the Accounting team.
Apply industrial accounting and Activity-Based Costing (ABC) methodologies to support project-based financial analysis and group-wide decision-making.
Monitor cross-border intercompany transactions, particularly in the context of international project structures and SPVs.
Support internal and external audits, related to transfer pricing matters.
Prepare clear and concise documentation, reports, and presentations in English.
Requirements:
Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Planning & Control, Tax Advisory, or Transfer Pricing.
Strong background in cost allocation, industrial accounting, and project-based financial planning.
Working knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
Proven experience with intercompany transactions.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) is preferred.
