The successful candidate will hold a degree in chemistry, pharmacy, or biology, have relevant marketing experience, and an excellent command of English. If you are looking to join an international company with exciting projects, then we look forward to receiving your CV for this Nicosia-based Pharmaceutical Marketing Manager role.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Study medical and marketing information on the company's products to define their benefits, market share, positioning relative to competitors, and marketing promotion strategy targeting specific groups.Execute global marketing initiatives to drive business growth, including innovation in business conduct, customer/patient connections, purchase strategies, insight deployment, brand positioning, pricing, and expansion strategies.Build relationships with regional and international field managers, partners, regulatory, medical, legal, and compliance teams for strategic understanding and partnership in effective program implementation.Develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs (non-branded/disease awareness, branded, educational) and measure their effectiveness through optimal channels, collaborating with advertising, promotion partners, and sales teams.Analyze socio-demographic characteristics of consumers, their needs, criteria, attitudes, and consumption patterns of strategic products.Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Marketing, or Business; MBA is an asset.Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or field-based experience is advantageous.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Experience using digital channels and platforms for communication.Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.Company Benefits:Flexible working hoursProvident fund13th salaryDue to high application volume, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
