Once on board we nurture and promote talented individuals, ensuring senior positions are open to all.Discover the RoleThe Paralegal Consultant will be working with the Legal Team to ensure the accurate and timely execution of administrative, legal, and compliance-related activities.The role involves managing a wide range of corporate secretarial and regulatory tasks, including Chamber of Commerce procedures, tax authority filings, digital identity management, and document handling for various types of companies.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication and filing to the local Chamber of Commerce (e.g., financial statements, minutes of corporate bodies for various types of companies; declaration of start of activity and local units, etc.)Download of company profiles and documents from the Chamber of CommerceRequest for Chamber of Commerce certificates, pending charges certificates, and various court certificatesActivation of EWE (Employment Without Establishment)Request and renewal of PEC address for companies and individuals and management of PEC forwardingCommunications to the Italian Tax Authority for companies and individuals (e.g., AA5 / 6 and AA7 / 10 forms)Submission of requests to the Italian Tax Authority, Anagrafe Rapporti / CRSPreparation of tax code requests for companies and individuals, preparation of documents for Fisconline / Entratel, subscription to the tax drawer, and submission of tax declarations via EntratelConfiguration of security environmentsRequest and renewal of digital signature; request and renewal of electronic invoicingActivation and renewal of LEI codeSubmission of requests for lease contract renewals with annual tax payment and registration of new lease contractsUpdate of Profis databaseKey RequirementsHigh school diploma or university degreeGood Knowledge of EnglishExpertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)Solid knowledge of Profis, ENTRATEL, Telemaco, and other platforms used for data exchange with public administrationsStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and a methodical approach to tasksHigh level of flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong drive for professional growth and developmentProven ability to work effectively in a team, manage stress, and meet tight deadlines; availability to work flexible hours during peak periodsPreferably at least one year of experience in a similar roleWhat’s in it for you?Working flexibilityBusiness academyInternationalWe’re looking forward to getting to know you!Additional DetailsSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: LegalIndustries: Business Consulting and Services
