Join to apply for the Order Management Specialist role at Haier Europe.
The challenge: Working with sales and the company’s customers to ensure the smooth and effective processing of orders. Responsible to process delivery and collection of orders, check product availability and order details, book deliveries and resolve any customer queries to ensure that customer orders are shipped on time, respecting the SLA agreed with markets in terms of order to deliver time, and to guarantee that shipments are assigned to the correct carriers to ensure the cost target.
Responsibilities

Daily processing of all orders received and checking of order details
Verify that customer orders are not blocked and, if blocked, contact the relevant departments to unblock the orders
Work with the planning team to ensure customer orders can be fulfilled on time and in full; provide feedback about possible availability dates for back orders
Manage booking of deliveries with customers
Delivery/customer dispute resolution and processing of customer claims; log in the AIVEstat database and issue CN/DN as required
Manage promo orders
Manage consumables orders
Manage direct deliveries and combined with finished goods
Prepare documentation to obtain the certificate of origin
Issue export invoices

What You Need To Succeed

Degree in Engineering and/or Economics
Previous experience in the area
Ability to use the most common office tools
Good communication and relationship skills
Organization and planning skills
Ability to analyze and summarize
Ability to work in a team
Availability for international business travels
Fluent in English
