We believe preservation-first is the right approach to managing wealth.Overview of RoleThe role is part of the broader Operations Department and entails performance of periodic/daily tasks across all main operations functions as well as liaising with internal clients from front office. The role also includes contributing to enhance processes efficiency and projects/strategic initiatives.ResponsibilitiesMonitor completeness of daily reconciliations of clients’ money and assets.Review of securities prices for client portfolio valuations.Production and delivery account statements of client portfolios.Setup client portfolios into the operating system.Monitor trading execution and delivery contract notes to clients.Client payment orders monitoring liaising with Custodian, Client Advisers and Outsourcer.Support Operations Team on new projects/initiatives.Experience, Skills and Competencies RequiredBachelor’s degree level or equivalentStrong interpersonal skills – foster and grow internal (and external) relationships.Strong organisational skills.Reliable, conscientious, and professional with high level of professional integrity.Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.Flexibility, “can-do” attitude with high quality standards.Excellent communication skills – verbal and written (both Italian and English); professional manner; ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
