This is a fixed-term contract opportunity.
As the Operation HSE Specialist, you will manage daily activities at the Campus as the HSE frontline. You will collaborate with Operation Leaders and teams to reduce and manage operational risks. You will be responsible for strengthening our interdependent HSE culture.
In this role, you will be :
Supporting Campus HSE surveillance and monitoring (H&S and Environmental) performance
Supporting the deployment of Safety Talks and managing Concerns / IDEAS
Revising JSA and conducting Non-Routine Activities Risk Assessments
Managing Change (MOC) follow-up
Conducting environmental sampling (air emissions, water discharge, noise)
Supporting HSE digital tool management and organizational learning from Normal Operations
Acting as the Life Saving Rules (LSR) reference point on the shop floor
Overseeing HSE compliance and supervision of Contractors

Fuel your passion
To succeed in this role, you will:
Be familiar with HSE operations
Have basic knowledge of HSE management systems, local regulations, and international standards
Preferably hold an ASPP qualification
Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
Communicate fluently in Italian and English
Possess strong teamwork, mediation, relationship-building, and influencing skills
