Join us to make your contribution.The NPI (New Product Introduction) Specialist will lead and manage the full process of new parts introductions (NPI), analyzing, planning, and reviewing ECN implementation from initiating a detailed ECN change form (CIB – Change Implementation Board) to monitoring the running change introduction for a specific family of products. This position collaborates on make vs buy analysis, coordinates ECN activities for Manufacturing Engineering, and works with other departments to ensure timely implementation and minimize obsolescence. The NPI Specialist will also update and maintain item master data and collaborate in resolving problems linked to the BOM.Your ImpactImplement ECNs following the timeline and schedule agreed in the CIB.Follow up and prioritize PPR ECNs through the implementation process.Determine make vs buy decisions.Prepare the Picking List and coordinate parts flow with logistics engineers.Document the impact of ECNs.Ensure the correctness of the item master data.Communicate with engineering on problems related to ECN or parts assemblability (EPR).Conduct cost/benefit analysis of NPI projects.Your Experience and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a high school diploma in mechanical technology (preferred).Advanced English communication skills are required.Basic knowledge of stage-gate processes.Basic knowledge of BOM and routing.Basic understanding of product cost structures.Additional benefits include attractive remuneration with participation in our bonus scheme, flexible working hours supporting work-life balance, private health insurance with partial medical expense coverage, and a canteen with meal allowance.The successful candidate will initially be hired through an agency.We value inclusion and recognize the innovation that a diverse workforce brings to our farmers.
