You’ll ensure the availability of connectivity services. This position is key to maintaining service quality and providing technical assistance to our global customer base, working closely with on-duty controllers and international teams.Who You AreYou are proactive, customer-focused, and thrive in a team environment. You have strong communication skills, are fluent in both English and Italian, and are capable of working within a 24/7 operational framework that includes night and weekend shifts. You’re eager to learn, can follow defined procedures, and are ready to support critical connectivity services for customers across the globe.What You’ll DoOperate in a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysConfigure remote station access to the Network Operational Database and service setupAssist customers with the setup, activation, and validation of remote terminal equipmentMonitor networks and remote terminals, providing support to resolve service disruptions or degradationsCommunicate with customers via web, email, and phone to resolve issues effectively and professionallyImplement routine procedures to ensure system and service performanceEscalate unresolved or undocumented issues to senior on-duty ControllersWhat You’ll NeedHigh school diploma or DegreeFluency in English and ItalianWillingness to work in a 24/7 shift patternProactivity and problem-solving mindsetStrong customer service orientationAbility to work effectively in a teamFamiliarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office suiteWhat We’d LoveKnowledge of telecommunications and IT systems, especially in networking and satellite communicationsWhere You’ll WorkCagliari, ItalyThis position operates on a rotating 24/7 basis with three shifts per day (8 hours each).
