Effectively oversees all floor and bar operations, ensuring appropriate coverage.Responsible for implementation and efficient execution of the “Patron Safety Policy”.Manages private events outside of normal dance club business hours.Takes responsibility for ensuring employees are trained/developed in Club Operations and monitors business flow to develop efficient training, break and shift schedules.Regularly monitors the inventory of all Club supplies and orders supplies when needed. Always completes and signs for all stock requisitions and continually monitors inventory costs against budget.Consistently demonstrates the initiative to assist all dance club staff when required by business needs.Ensures staff receives sales slip reports in a timely manner and trains all dance club staff in the process of declaring tips.Assists with all guest complaints.Coordinates with the Security Supervisor throughout the shift.Directs VIP Host on internal and external customer development.Position Minimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED required. College degree or some level of secondary education preferred.Supervisory experience preferred.Must possess computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.Must possess outstanding guest service skills. Must be able to speak and understand English; continuous communication with a degree of professionalism and accuracy.Ability to organize/prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and accommodate a flexible work schedule.Must possess reading ability; schedules, menus, policies, etc.Must possess mathematical ability; budgets, payroll, etc.Must possess written communication skills; standard forms, employee documentation and data entry.Previous experience working in a guest service area preferred.About the companyNoticeTalentify is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
