OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Consumer Knowledge Specialist to join our Digital Engagement & Loyalty team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. You will play a key role in transforming customer data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.Your ImpactAs a Consumer Knowledge Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping customer-centric strategies by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business growth and enhance decision-making across the organization.ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns, translating findings into strategic insightsLead the delivery of weekly and monthly client performance KPIs across channels and regions, using both ad hoc SQL extractions and available dashboardsCollaborate cross-functionally on projects related to customer segmentation and analytical modelingEnsure consistency and reliability of customer KPIs and insights shared with stakeholders across functionsSupport the enhancement of existing analytical tools and the design of new views to monitor customer performance over timeQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, CRM, or customer insights rolesSolid knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
