Social network you want to login/join with:We are looking for a Customer Solutions Engineering Specialist to join our team in Nicosia, Cyprus. In this role, you will take ownership of the order handling process, including prospecting, tendering, technical specification, traffic calculations, CAD and layout drawings, and estimating delivery times and costs. You will serve as a key technical contact for our customers and provide critical support to the sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship ManagementSupport the salesperson by analyzing customers’ technical needs and developing proposals that show how KONE’s solutions address those needs.Serve as the main technical contact for customers and participate in planning/specification meetings when required.Technical Sales SupportProvide technical and cost estimation support throughout the sales process.Coordinate specifications and delivery times with the Supply Line, Sourcing team, and local subcontractors.Be fully accountable for the engineering of solutions that meet all applicable codes, safety regulations, and standards.Technical Support in the Delivery ProcessEnsure technical accuracy of engineered solutions during the delivery phase.Organize and manage all order documentation and confirmations.Handle technical drawings and related project documents.Skills and Experience RequiredProficiency in AutoCADStrong attention to detailSolid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookFluent in written and spoken EnglishWe offer:Work in an international business oriented environmentScandinavian company cultureOpportunity to demonstrate your initiative
