Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Planner to join our team in the material supply planning area. The selected candidate will be part of a highly structured and evolving environment, managing procurement processes and collaborating with both local and international suppliers.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and ensure material deliveries in line with production schedule requirements
Manage supplier relationships (communication, performance monitoring, problem solving, etc.)
Handle routine exceptions (missing deliveries, inventory adjustments, etc.)
Manage stock levels
Maintain and update system parameters (minimum stock levels, lead times, lot sizes, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products/projects aligned with company objectives
Develop functional KPIs

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate must have these key qualifications:
Technical Requirements

Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields
1–2 years of prior experience in Planning and/or Procurement
Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
Good knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems
Understanding of fundamental planning concepts (MRP and Lean principles, procurement methods, etc.)
Strong data analysis skills and ability to extract insights
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage stress and unexpected issues

Soft Skills

Ability to effectively interact with suppliers and the internal team
Attention to process development and supplier development
Proactive approach, continuous improvement mindset, and problem‑solving attitude
Willingness to take on new challenges
Result‑oriented mindset
Flexibility and availability for short‑term business trips
