Our tax and legal experts at KPMG Studio Associato provide assistance across key tax and corporate law areas, offering innovative, integrated services.
Specifically, when you join the Financial Tax team, you will be tasked with:
Analyzing issues concerning direct taxation in Italy and providing ongoing advice to companies in the banking, financial, and insurance sectors
Expressing opinions on international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.)
Analyzing taxation of corporate finance transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.)
Tax litigation
Tax compliance
Application of VAT to financial transactions
Taxation of financial returns
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics
This is the perfect opportunity if you have:
At least 7 years of professional experience in leading firms
Certification to practice as a chartered accountant or lawyer
A master’s degree in economics and/or law
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Strong organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities
