OverviewWe are looking for a Maintenance Specialist role at MARTUR FOMPAK International.Martur Italy S.r.l., part of the Martur Fompak International Group, develops and manages projects for the group, focusing on automotive interior trim products. It handles project development, logistics, and sales, serving as the interface between the parent company and European OEM customers.JOB EXPECTATIONSSkilled software in organizing and performing equipment installation, repair and reactive/preventive maintenance activities to ensure continuity of production.QUALIFICATIONSTechnical Bachelor Degree/High School or equivalent experienceExperience of at least 3 yearsGood PLC knowledgeMAIN RESPONSIBILITIESSkilled software professional with proven experience in programming and integrating automatic machines, with strong PLC knowledge; capable of developing innovative software solutions for industrial automation and process optimizationExamine mechanical, electrical and electronic failures in the production area to determine root causes using EWO forms and standardize corrective actionsDetermine critical machines for planned maintenance, specify maintenance periods, prepare annual maintenance schedules, allocate work, and plan materialsEnsure production vehicles are transported to the workshop before commissioning, and make pneumatic and electrical connectionsConduct improvement studies and provide feedback for non-conformities reported by the Quality department after machine capability studiesSupport planning of machine and process capabilities, release results, initiate improvements, and conduct testing under ideal conditionsSupport test works during final acceptance of production vehiclesProvide training support to operators for autonomous maintenance cardsManage relations with contractors and service providers, supervising and verifying worksProvide support to Purchasing Department for supplier contact and assessmentCoordinate maintenance activities with related companies for equipment under warranty, and provide maintenance supportPrepare the critical spare parts list, determine minimum levels and manage stock accordinglyFoster occupational safety awareness within the teamEnsure 5S compliance in the Maintenance Unit and working areaCreate and utilize SMP forms for standardizationDevelop the team work plan to ensure efficient operationsSupport budgeting of annual maintenance activitiesReport maintenance activities to managementOur VisionReshaping mobility with responsible solutions.Our MissionAs an innovative strategic partner, we supply the highest standards of services through sustainable and accessible cockpit systems.Our People & CultureDiversity in our workforce brings experiences and perspectives that enable an inclusive culture.
