PM Shift only - Mon - Fri : 1 : 30PM to 9 : 30PMStarting Salary of 65-85K a year depending on experience.In this role, you will identify and repair malfunctions, perform maintenance of equipment and facilities to provide maximum asset utilization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :Perform basic machine repairs and preventative maintenance for production and facility equipmentCreate and complete work orders and enter data into CMMsDismantle, move, install, and align machinery and plant equipmentRepair, adjust, disassemble, replace parts, and reassemble machines, including mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipmentTroubleshoot and repair machine problems independentlyLiaise with machine / part suppliers and direct sub-tradesManufacture simple parts from sketches or samples; perform modifications as necessary, including the selection of parts and materialsMaintain inventory of repair equipment and suppliesPerform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting, and repair of product machinesRead and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and serviceUse a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing dutiesProvide emergency / unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and scheduled maintenance repairs during machine downtimeDetect fault operations, defective materials, and report any unusual situations to the team leaderPerform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, safety assessments, and problem-solving of quality errorsFunction as the key technical resource for multiple machining centers for CNC operationsQUALIFICATIONS :High school diploma or high school equivalency requiredTrade license preferred, e.g., ELECTRICIAN TICKET5-10 years of manufacturing maintenance experience required10+ years of relevant work experience in a metalworking manufacturing environment preferredCompensation Range :Experienced CNC-based maintenance individual : $38+ (case-by-case basis)J-18808-Ljbffr
