Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Group Leader
Location: Geneva, NY
Pay Range: Up to $32.00/hr
Our client, In Geneva, NY is seeking proactive and skilled ManufacturingMaintenance Group Leader for their 3rd shift to support their reliability manager on day-to-day maintenance operations. This role is critical in ensuring equipment efficiency, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering team development.
What’s the Job?

Assist the reliability Manager in managing daily maintenance activities and delegate tasks as needed.
Lead and support line changeovers, equipment set‑ups, repairs, and fine‑tuning, including weight adjustments.
Monitor equipment performance and communicate necessary improvements to the team.
Train line personnel and mechanical trainees on equipment use and repair.
Review machine efficiencies and ensure performance meets or exceeds standards.
Collaborate with other mechanic group leaders during shift transitions to ensure smooth communication and continuity.
Promote and highlight continuous improvement opportunities.

Experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively.
