We have been instructed by an established Italian engineering company to source a Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts to be based in Cremona (the company offers 2 days of smart working per week).Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will be an Italian qualified lawyer with around 5-7 PQE. Candidates from private practice are preferred.The ideal candidate will support the General Counsel by providing advice on all relevant legal issues, particularly in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts (such as private tenders, purchase agreements, raw material supply agreements, real estate and supply agreements, consultancy agreements, NDA, etc.), Compliance, and other legal matters.Fluency in English is essential for this role.Taylor Root is a trading name of The SR Group (Italy).
