Legal Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)
Alpitronic – Location: Bolzano, Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy.
Your Responsibilities
Analyze, evaluate and optimize business processes while implementing preventive and control measures to enhance the effectiveness of our compliance management system.
Advise all business units on matters related to data privacy, anti-corruption, export control, anti-money laundering, antitrust law, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Support and guide cross-functional teams on internal compliance-related projects and business decisions.
Investigate specific cases when necessary and coordinate with external legal counsel as required.
Your Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Law.
Previous professional experience in compliance as a lawyer/in-house counsel in an internationally operating company or as an attorney-at-law.
Enthusiasm for anchoring business ethics and compliance in the company and communicating this to employees.
Ability to work interculturally, independently across countries and enjoy working as part of a team.
Recognize problems and risks to address and solve them in the interests of the company.
Skill in dealing with challenging issues, diverse stakeholders, and complex situations and organizations.
Discretion, thoroughness and reliability.
Excellent knowledge in English, both written and spoken; additional languages such as Italian and German are an advantage.
