The role requires the use of Lean/Six Sigma tools to identify opportunities for business improvement and reports to the DC Network Operations Manager.REPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES: Activities may include, but are not limited to:Model and promote the Corporation’s Code of Business Ethics and Values.Lead and influence team members to achieve individual and business goals.Be a change agent—challenge old ways of doing business and implement breakthrough improvements. Motivate others to accept process changes and take ownership.Analyze and utilize information for strategic change and improvement across multiple Distribution Centers.
