Location, Type, Skill, Responsibilities & MoreIT Support SpecialistType : Full TimeSkills DescriptionBCIC Swiss GmBH | Best Connect International Company is seeking a full-time on-site IT Support Specialist in Italy.ResponsibilitiesProvide first and second level support for customer issues.Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues.Communicate promptly about issue status and resolutions.Maintain accurate ticket updates for all incidents reported.Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10, and Microsoft Office 2010; support Cisco Jabber.Support basic Mac OS to assist Apple PC users.Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and hardware.Perform preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers.Perform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues.Have a broad understanding of IT, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms.Work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork.
