You in your new role

Be mentoring and coaching colleagues and students helping the development center to achieve growth target.
Support and/or contribute to product feasibility studies
Product definition
Designing new ICs or part of them
Act as technical coordinator for all R&D IC development team
Be the reference point for Analog & Mixed Signal design topics across different projects
Contribute to the innovation process by generating ideas, patents and propose, collaborate or lead innovation projects
Develop and share knowledge by networking with other experts at Infineon

Qualifications

A university degree in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics or similar field of studies
15+ years of experience in IC development as Analog & Mixed Signal Designer
Deep Understanding of HV CMOS and/or BCD technologies and related capabilities and limitations with ability to perform architecture design and feasibility analysis
Consolidated knowledge of basic IC building blocks such as voltage regulators, amplifiers, charge pumps, AD/DA conversion, oscillators, etc.
Deep knowledge on ESD and EMI requirements
Risk mitigation attitude, focus on quality and effective ability to write reports and technical documentation
Effective communication skills in English
