Our brands include Regus, Spaces, HQ, and Signature, serving over 80% of Fortune 500 companies such as Netflix, EY, Amazon, and Uber, as well as local startups, entrepreneurs, and emerging businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Google searches on buildings in prime areas within assigned cities or provinces.Identify buildings that meet IWG criteria based on type, condition, and size.Make outbound calls to potential landlords or building owners to introduce IWG's proposition.Build rapport and establish relationships to convert cold calls into warm leads, then pass qualified leads to the partnership director.Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.Follow up on leads and record interactions in the CRM system.Collaborate with the partnership director on lead acquisition strategies.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.Stay updated on IWG offerings and industry trends to tailor pitches effectively.Report progress and outcomes to the Partnership Sales Manager.Requirements and SkillsStrong research skills using Google and other channels.Experience in cold calling or telemarketing; real estate experience is a plus.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle rejections and objections professionally.Proficiency in CRM systems.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.Target-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure.Strong organizational and time-management skills.At IWG, our purpose is to help everyone have a great day at work while protecting people and the planet.
