The group operates under global strategic brands Ariston, Elco and Wolf, and brands such as Calorex, NTI, HTP, Atag, Brink, Chromagen, Racold, as well as Thermowatt and Ecoflam in the components and burners business.As Laboratory Specialist HPWH, reporting to the Laboratory Platform Manager, you will support the evolution of Heat Pump Water Heaters components and systems by comparing alternatives and supporting design decisions through targeted, failure-driven experimentation.You Will Be Responsible For The Following Activities:Define and execute the functional tests for components and product validation in accordance with the internal proceduresContribute to R&D technical decisions by providing data-driven insights and proposing technical improvementsCheck the compliance of the products with the international and national regulationsContinuously update test methods and tools in response to regulatory changes, project needs, and new technologiesAnalysing data results and behaviour of the thermodynamic circuitHandle maintenance and calibration of lab equipment to ensure test reliability and repeatabilityCandidate Profile:Degree in Mechanical or Energy Engineering (or equivalent)Familiarity with lab instruments and measurement tools, ability to run failure-driven experiments and extract design-relevant insightsConfidence with data analysis and documentation toolsAbility to manage time and consistently meet deadlinesStrong problem solving and team working attitudeKnowledge of MS Office tools (Matlab, Labview and other parametric simulation tools is a plus)Fluent EnglishPrevious experience in component and system-level testing (HVAC or similar), performance test in calorimeter chambers knowledge or EN16147 standards knowledge are considered as plus.Work location: Fabriano (AN)We are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all people, by offering a work environment accessible, welcoming and inclusive in compliance with legal obligations.Ariston Group is a global leader in sustainable thermal comfort that offers a unique, extensive range of solutions for climate comfort, water heating and air handling, as well as components and burners.
