What You'll Do

Own the floor: daily operations, store vibe, and customer flow all you.
Bring next-level service: make every visit feel personal and unforgettable.
Drive the numbers: smash goals and then go beyond.
Keep it fresh: visual merchandising that turns heads.
Be the rock: manage issues, solve problems, and keep it cool.
Work with purpose: support stock, day-to-day rhythm, and customer engagement.

Who You Are

Experienced in fashion or retail (streetwear is a big plus).
Confident, dynamic, and not afraid to lead or take initiative.
Obsessed with detail and organization.
Energized by fast-paced environments.
Problem-solver and 100% customer-focused.
Available on weekends and holidays; that’s when the vibe peaks.
Fluent in English, Dutch or other languages? Big bonus.
