You’ll work alongside experienced sales engineers and technical experts, analyzing customer needs and preparing tailored proposals for industrial and utility clients. How You’ll Make an Impact

Prepare technical and commercial offers for service projects, including inspections, overhauls, upgrades, and spare parts.
Analyze customer inquiries and technical documents to define project scope and pricing.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams to ensure competitive and feasible offers.
Join customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations with senior team members.
Update CRM tools and sales documentation to keep processes efficient and organized.

What You Bring

Academic background in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.
Basic knowledge of rotating equipment, especially steam turbines and generators.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Italian and English communication skills; other languages are an advantage.
Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer visits or site inspections.
