As Junior Legal Support you will support legal department in all daily activities.
We want you to

Analyze legal compliance with company procedures
Ensure compliance with antitrust regulations
Manage litigation involving customers
Handle dealers’ insolvency and pre‑insolvency proceedings
Maintain relationships with the dealers’ network
Draft and review contracts and agreements for various business functions
Provide legal assistance on antitrust matters and Legislative Decree 231
Support pre‑litigation management, litigation, and insolvency proceedings in coordination with external law firms
Assist with legal reporting activities

About you

University Degree (Law)
1-2 years’ experience in related position
