Responsibilities

Accounting. Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, reviewing transactions to ensure compliance with GAAP.
Financial planning, reporting & control. Provide comprehensive financial reports, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage budgets and achieve financial objectives.
Financial due diligence & investor relations. Contribute to target company evaluations, oversee due diligence for acquisitions, prepare board documentation and maintain relationships with banks and investors.
Audit preparation. Strengthen internal controls, facilitate external and internal audit processes.
Equity plans. Optimize and manage equity plans, support Spooners with equity plan questions.
Fiscal optimization. Identify fiscal incentives and design the group’s intercompany flow strategy.

Qualifications

Reasoning ability. Solve complex problems from first principles, structure ideas sharply, resist biases and attend to critical details.
