As part of Team Amex, you'll experience this powerful backing with comprehensive support for your holistic well-being and many opportunities to learn new skills, develop as a leader, and grow your career.Here, your voice and ideas matter, your work makes an impact, and together, you will help us define the future of American Express.How will you make an impact in this role?Youll be part of the Interactive Team with the mission to create a seamless and highly efficient enterprise digital client journey across all segments by leading with innovation, efficiency, and superior customer experience.Support the creation and management of Digital Media Acquisition Campaigns and identify new business opportunities.Work closely with the main external Partners for day-by-day activities (creatives design, campaign setup and optimization, a / b test, monitoring).Support the implementation and validation of third-party tracking tagsCollaborate with media agencies and tech internal team to ensure campaigns are launched with proper trackingMonitor and optimize of the media campaigns to drive traffic on digital acquisition pages and generate leads.Analyze data to identify and recommend improvements to the Media or Creative agency.Execute insights & prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders in excel and PowerPoint.Preferred qualifications2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing / MediaKnowledge of the main digital lever (SEM, Display, Programmatic, Retargeting and Social)Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to work under pressure, think quickly and proactively identify and resolve problems.Good level of Excel and PowerPointProficiency in Italian and EnglishWe back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
