If you are looking to start your career by becoming part of a successful company, GRS Recruitment looks forward to receiving your CV for this Nicosia-based Junior Bookkeeping role today.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPosting and processing accounting entries, booking invoices and bank entries, bank reconciliations, creditor, and debtor reconciliationsWorking with senior accountant to ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reconciliations and assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.Assist in maintaining accounting controls by following policies and procedures, complying with financial legal requirements.Preparing and submitting necessary forms to auditors.Communicating with internal staff, clients, vendors, banks, and other online payment institutions both verbally and via email.Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly reports.Managing email correspondence with clients and colleagues.Undertaking ad-hoc projects and duties as required.CANDIDATE PROFILEHolder of a university degree in accounting or equivalent.Up to 2 years of previous working experience in a similar role.Fluent in Greek and English, both written and verbal.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to prioritize effectively.Strong attention to detail skills.Good communication skills.Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.
