The role involves overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new sales opportunities.Reporting to the Country Business Leader, you will collaborate closely with the Channels Sales Managers team and all central functions.What am I responsible for?You serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersYou build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsYou will be guided and helped in negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profitsYou develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders, and in future with executive sponsorsYou ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesYou clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersYou develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasYou forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)You prepare reports on account statusYou collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory as well as with our Business PartnersYou assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededWhat is my role?As Junior Account Manager, you will be guided to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
