Responsibilities

Provide customer care and technical assistance for medical devices, ensuring professional and empathetic support to patients across European markets.
Troubleshoot and guide patients in using diabetes medical devices and accessories.
Handle requests via phone, email, chat, and SMS.
Manage orders, renewals, and documentation in line with company procedures.
Use empathy, active listening, and problem-solving to support patients in sensitive situations.
Follow safety and compliance standards with accuracy.

What We Offer

€300 gross bonus on top of salary guarantee
Meal allowance up to €167/month
Shared accommodation: €280/month (all bills included)
Flight reimbursement up to €400 after 6 months

Day Team: Mon–Sun, 07:00–22:00 (rotative) or
Night Team: Mon–Sun, 22:00–07:00 (rotative)

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma (or equivalent) + clean criminal record
Ability to support multiple markets simultaneously
Background in healthcare or technical support (a plus)
Knowledge of diabetes/medical devices (a plus)
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Empathy, stress management, and active listening abilities
