Social network you want to login/join with:The Information Technology Systems Manager reports to the Head of the Information and Communication Technology Unit and is responsible for installing, maintaining, and monitoring all activities and functions of the network and resources. Evaluate the needs of the company and provide new IT solutions and processes, plan and analyze resources and costs related to hardware and software supplies for the OPIS information system, and manage domains, accounts, and related issues. The manager is also responsible for supervising the activities of the IT Systems Architect and Services Desk Operator.What you'll be doing:Assess the needs of the company and provide new IT solutions and processes;Plan and analyze resources and costs related to hardware and software supplies for the OPIS information system;Manage domains, accounts, and issues related to them;Plan and ensure proper backup procedures;Install, maintain, and monitor all network activities and resources;Ensure all installed software is licensed and under maintenance/assistance contracts;Support contract negotiations to meet service level requirements, establishing problem resolution protocols;Ensure data security against internal and external threats;Train staff on specific aspects of the information system;Maintain all documentation related to the information system;Oversee new projects, system maintenance, and operations;Diagnose and resolve operational problems and faults, ensuring service levels and security needs are met;Discuss system changes and impacts with the Head of ICT and ITSA;Evaluate design enhancements, capacity changes, and contingency plans considering operational requirements;Review costs with external providers and propose network design changes for cost efficiency;Obtain and evaluate proposals from suppliers of equipment, software, and network services;Participate in audits and inspections related to ICT systems;Perform system administrator duties.What you have:High School diploma in information technology or related scientific fields;At least 3 years of relevant work experience;Deep knowledge of Microsoft Windows installation, configuration, and maintenance;Knowledge of networking issues;Experience managing network services such as mail server, web server, domain, Active Directory, Firewall, Router, and backup;Planning and organizational skills;Leadership and communication skills;Result-oriented attitude;Teamwork skills.What we offer:We offer a competitive salary, bonuses, and other benefits, along with opportunities for professional development within an expanding international company.Please review the personal data processing notice on our company website.Who we are:OPIS is an international CRO with 25 years of experience in conducting Phase I-IV, non-interventional, and medical device studies globally.
