We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to manage and oversee the integration efforts of our client across various streams in Italy (preferrably North of Italy). The role requires a mix of remote and on-site work in a hybrid model.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project and program management with a proven track record in delivering complex integration projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration, driving strategic initiatives and achieving project objectives within scope, time and budget.Come and join EPAM where Engineering is in our DNA.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededSuccessfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationRequirementsHave at least 5 years of IT Project Management experiencePractical experience with Agile Scrum and JiraSolid technical background with understanding and / or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesAble to drive full planning cycle on a large-size projectEffectively manage reporting on all levels.
