Position PurposePosition Purpose - The Junior IT Outsourcing Specialist contributes to achieving the objectives of the IT Department through the management of internal processes in IT Vendor Management, IT Contract Management, and IT Outsourcing Management, designed and implemented according to company guidelines.Responsibilities / Key Result AreasIn compliance with the directions of the IT Department and in line with the company strategy, the role ensures :Maintenance and updating of the IT contract catalogSupport to IT Service Owners in preparing the necessary documentation for purchases according to the rules defined by the Purchasing, IT Vendor, IT Contract, and IT Outsourcing processesVerification of the compliance of documentation produced by Service Owners and monitoring of correct budget usageOperational management of purchases through the company tool up to their allocationCollection of necessary signatures for the formalization of contracts or penalties, pre-validated by the internal legal officeMaintenance of operational manuals for centralized control of IT invoicesVerification and preliminary approval of invoice paymentsPlanning and management of any IT Department contract renewalsCollection and analysis of reports (KPI, progress reports, subcontractors) related to Intercompany contractsSkillsKnowledge of IT Outsourcing processesKnowledge of IT Governance processesKnowledge of ITIL and COBIT standardsGood written and spoken EnglishPersonal AttributesAbility to communicate and interact professionally with all company departments and external suppliersPrecisionStress managementInitiative and proactive attitudeResponsibilityGood teamwork skills
