OverviewWe are seeking a Technology Operations Coordinator to join our worldwide Technology and Digital Services team. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations and Infrastructure, this role supports the administration and smooth operation of our technology solutions, helps maintain and improve procedures, and provides essential administrative support to technical staff and management.Your contribution will be key to delivering service excellence and maintaining the smooth running of the company’s Information Technology department. You will help coordinate tasks, maintain documentation, and uphold operational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Support: Ensure day-to-day IT operational activities are executed reliably and on time, supporting service excellence across the business.Helpdesk Administration: Respond to and action helpdesk issues, ensuring timely resolution of support requests submitted via the ITMS (FreshService).Process Management: Maintain and improve procedures that support technical operatives, optimise workflows and reduce response times.Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams to support the implementation and maintenance of technology solutions.Administrative Support: Provide clerical and administrative assistance to technical staff and management, including documentation, scheduling, and reporting.Service Quality: Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services by identifying inefficiencies and proposing enhancements.Skills & CompetenciesTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate experience in the following:Maintaining relationships with IT suppliers; documenting vendors on FreshService; ensuring contracts and products are listed.Contract Management: Domain management, licence management, subscription management, software onboarding, and related procedures.Asset Management: Maintain asset register, track in-stock and frequently bought items, train staff to complete asset entry, issue and retrieve assets, and carry out annual hardware audits.Procurement Management: Purchase order management, coordinating IT onboarding (purchase kit, resource assignment, delivery), receiving goods, and creating purchasing process maps.Finance: Manage credit card expense reports, invoicing, and related processes.ServiceDesk: Reporting, quarterly reporting, task management, and SLA management.Procedure Management: Maintain procedures and communicate changes.Our values: be a leader, build trust, be responsible, be innovative and ‘bring your alpha’.Experience & QualificationsAccomplished administrator who can align diverse tasks toward technical excellence.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to design, draft and communicate user-friendly process documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.Organised, systematic approach with attention to quality and detail.Self-starter who can manage and prioritise their own workload; collaborative with a global team.Desire to continually improve and learn in a dynamic global environment.Knowledge of Microsoft Office, GDPR, ITIL (advantageous).Right to work in the UK or Italy.What We OfferA busy role in a supportive team with opportunities to learn.International scope – operating in over 8 countries.Hybrid working – in-office at least twice a week, with remote work otherwise.Competitive base salary and annual discretionary bonus.How to ApplyIf you are interested in this opportunity, please follow the link to apply or email your application to careers@nextenergygroup.com.
